End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: October 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Phonix software application (“Software”), developed and distributed by Pierre Consulting Group LLC (“Company”). By installing or using Phonix, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal or work computer for transcription purposes.

2. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Software without prior written permission.
• You may not use the Software to develop competing products.
• The license is for your use only and may not be shared without authorization.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including but not limited to design, code, trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Pierre Consulting Group LLC.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Software.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
